Add this natural, long lasting dish brush to your sustainable lifestyle. Most cleaning cloths and brushes are made from plastic and can release microplastics into the water - well, not this one!
Description
This beechwood dish brush head has bristles that are made from the Sisal succulent, and the metal part of the handle is recycled stainless steel. This handy dish brush removes tough stubborn food so they are perfect for pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. They are strong and effective without being too abrasive on more delicate surfaces. Made from bamboo and Sisal succulent plant fibres they are a great way to cut down on plastic use in your kitchen.
What are Sisal fibres? Well, the fleshy leaf of the Agave plant is sliced off and bashed with sticks until the fibres are separated from the flesh of the leaf. The fibres are left in the sun to dry out and harden. They can turn into a white, yellow and even light green colour.
