Introducing the 'Willow Pattern' Risograph Print on tree free paper - a revival of a cherished design by artist Harriet Popham.
This print holds profound sentimental value to Harriet as it marked the inception of her print making journey. Due to popular demand and the sell-out of the original limited A3 edition last year, it has been re-issued once again, now in an altered size and process.
Risograph printing uses vibrant soy-based inks, each colour meticulously layered using separate drums. The technique stands out as one of the most environmentally conscious printing methods, endowing each piece with a distinctive and delightful imperfection.
Printed on annually renewable bamboo, cotton, and bagasse (sugar cane pulp), this warm, creamy white semi-smooth paper boasts a minimal flecked surface. With a negligible ecological footprint due to its zero impact on forests, this 250 gsm paper embodies eco-friendliness.
